JoJo’s Kitchen is a privately owned catering company serving fresh local ingredients, exciting the senses of food lovers everywhere. Jo Anne Washburn is the owner and executive chef of JoJo’s Kitchen and private chef services, delivering fresh and delicious boxed lunches for people who do not have the time to get away from their busy work schedule.
Chef JoJo’s dynamic cooking style is a global celebration focusing on fresh local ingredients. She gets her inspiration from her travels throughout Asia, French Polynesia, Mexico, and the United States. She graduated with honors at the top of her class from the Le Cordon Bleu- California Culinary Academy. Following culinary school, she worked in one of the most respected resorts in the world; the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay, CA.
Her ambition and life-long goal was to create a business of her own that she could someday be proud of. After years of working in the food industry catering and cooking for others, she is now ready to introduce her classy, island inspired comfort food to the world.
JoJo’s Kitchen offers a fresh, delicious, island inspired, healthy variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and home-made desserts. For those who prefer hot box lunches, choose from a selection of menu items including grilled meats and stir-fry dishes with rice. Using only the freshest seasonal ingredients and keeping the choices simple, Chef JoJo provides you with a delicious, healthy mid-day meal alternative. Chef JoJo is inspired by healthy living, creating menus that deliver imaginative bold flavors for those who are health conscious, including vegetarian and vegan selections.
JoJo’s Kitchen offers services to corporate offices, local businesses, private events, special events and occasions, public and private receptions, picnics, engagements, social functions, family gatherings, and more. Proudly serving Waikiki, Honolulu, Kailua, Kaneohe, Kahala, Kapolei, and throughout the island of Oahu.
